HDAC-IN-62

HDAC-IN-62 is a small molecule inhibitor of HDAC6, HDAC8, and HDAC11 with IC50 values ranging from 0.78 to 1.2 μM. It demonstrates anti-inflammatory and antidepressant potential by inducing autophagy, suppressing microglial activation, and reducing nitric oxide production in both cellular assays and in vivo mouse brain studies.
