CBP/p300-IN-21
CBP/p300-IN-21 (Compound 5d) is a selective small molecule inhibitor of the CBP and p300 acetyltransferases, demonstrating potent activity against p300 (IC50 = 0.07 μM) and CBP (IC50 = 1.755 μM) . It effectively reduces cellular H3K18 acetylation and has shown in vivo efficacy by inhibiting the growth of 4T1 murine breast tumors.
