KGP591

KGP591 is a potent tubulin polymerization inhibitor (IC50 = 0.57 μM) that induces G2/M phase arrest, inhibits migration, and disrupts microtubule networks in MDA-MB-231 cells. It has also demonstrated in vivo antitumor efficacy in an orthotopic RENCA kidney cancer model, supporting its use in cancer mechanism and therapy research.
