DCLK1-IN-2 (Compound I-5) is a potent small molecule inhibitor of DCLK1 with an IC50 of 171.3 nM. It demonstrates robust in vitro antiproliferative activity against SW1990 pancreatic cancer cells (IC50 = 0.6 μM) and has shown promising in vivo antitumor efficacy in research models.
