HA-IN-1

HA-IN-1 (5g) is a high-affinity small molecule inhibitor of influenza A virus Hemagglutinin (HA) . It functions by targeting the HA trypsin cleavage site, thereby blocking membrane fusion. This mechanism has been shown to reduce viral titers in the lungs in vivo, demonstrating its utility for antiviral research in both cellular and animal models.
