RORγ antagonist 1 is a potent betulinic acid derivative functioning as a RORγ antagonist (K D = 0.18 μM) . It exhibits anti-proliferative activity in pancreatic cancer models, suppressing RAS/MAPK and AKT/mTORC1 pathways while inducing caspase-dependent apoptosis in vitro and in vivo.
