Nrf2 activator-8
Nrf2 Activator-8 (Compound 10e) is a highly potent Nrf2 inducer (EC50 = 37.9 nM) with demonstrated antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects in BV-2 microglia. In vivo, it has been shown to improve spatial memory deficits in an LPS-induced mouse model of neuroinflammation, supporting research in neuroscience and inflammation.
