HIV-1 protease-IN-10 (Compound 2) is a small molecule that reverses HIV-1 latency with an IC50 of 0.22 μM. It selectively targets the PKCδ C1b domain (IC50: 0.69 μM) and is stable against esterase hydrolysis. This profile makes it a useful research tool for studying PKCδ-mediated latency reversal in both cellular and biochemical assays.
