PD10 is a dual cholinesterase inhibitor with IC50 values of 0.56 μM for hAChE and 1.06 μM for eqBuChE. It is a research tool for studying Alzheimer's disease pathology, applicable in both in vitro enzymatic assays and in vivo models of cholinergic dysfunction.
