BMP agonist 1

BMP Agonist 1 (compound 2b) is a small molecule activator of BMP signaling, functioning through GSK3β inhibition and β-catenin pathway enhancement to upregulate Id2/Id3 expression. It is utilized in vitro for osteogenic differentiation studies, such as with C2C12 myoblasts, and in research on bone regeneration and skeletal defect models.
