Sirt1/2-IN-2
Sirt1/2-IN-2 (hsa55) is a dual SIRT1/2 inhibitor with IC50 values of 1.8 μM and 2.4 μM, respectively. It increases acetylation of p53 and α-tubulin, inhibits cell proliferation, and induces apoptosis in human leukemia cells in vitro, making it a useful research tool for studying sirtuin biology and cancer.
