DdUTP
DdUTP is a chain-terminating nucleotide analog that selectively inhibits HIV-1 and AMV reverse transcriptases. It is incorporated into nascent DNA, halting elongation, and is used in vitro for studying viral replication mechanisms and reverse transcriptase kinetics.
