Tubulin polymerization-IN-46 (9q) is a potent small molecule inhibitor of tubulin polymerization with an IC50 of 10 nM in MCF-7 cells. It induces G2/M phase arrest and apoptosis, demonstrating utility for in vitro cancer research, particularly in studying anti-mitotic mechanisms and cell proliferation.
