LYP-IN-3 (D34) is a potent and selective LYP inhibitor (Ki=0.93 μM) that enhances T-cell activation and modulates the tumor immune microenvironment. It has shown potential in preclinical research to improve the efficacy of anti-PD-1/PD-L1 therapies in cancer immunotherapy models.
