IV-275
IV-275 is a dual BRG1/BRM bromodomain inhibitor that enhances the DNA damage and apoptotic effects of Temozolomide and Bleomycin in glioblastoma (GBM) models. It also reduces GBM cell invasiveness, making it a useful compound for studying chromatin regulation in oncology research, both in vitro and in vivo.
