CRM1-IN-1 (KL1) is a potent, noncovalent CRM1 inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.27 μM. It blocks CRM1-dependent nuclear export, induces CRM1 degradation, and exerts anti-proliferative and pro-apoptotic effects in colorectal cancer cell models, supporting its use in oncology research.
