RUNX-IN-1
RUNX-IN-1 (Compound Conjugate 1) is a covalent inhibitor that binds RUNX sequences, blocking protein-target interaction. It induces p53-dependent apoptosis, inhibits cancer cell proliferation in vitro, and has shown in vivo efficacy by suppressing tumor growth in PANC-1 xenograft models.
