RUNX-IN-2

RUNX-IN-2 is a covalent small molecule inhibitor that selectively alkylates RUNX-binding DNA sequences. This activity disrupts RUNX function, leading to inhibition of cancer cell proliferation and p53-dependent apoptosis, as demonstrated in both in vitro assays and in vivo PANC-1 xenograft models.
