PSEN1-IN-1 (Compound (+) -13b) is a potent and selective inhibitor of the PSEN1-APH1A and PSEN1-APH1B γ-secretase complexes, with IC50 values of 19 nM and 5.5 nM, respectively. It is a valuable chemical tool for investigating γ-secretase function and the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease in both cellular and animal model studies.
