JT001 (NLRP3-IN-19) sodium is a specific, orally bioavailable NLRP3 inflammasome inhibitor that blocks its assembly, thereby inhibiting IL-1β release and pyroptosis. It is a research tool for studying NLRP3-driven pathologies, including nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and liver fibrosis, in both cellular and animal models.
