α-Glucosidase-IN-32
α-Glucosidase-IN-32 is a reversible, noncompetitive inhibitor of α-glucosidase with an IC50 of 3.07 μM. It binds via hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic interactions, altering the enzyme's conformation to inhibit activity. This orally active compound is used in diabetes research for in vitro enzymatic studies and in vivo blood glucose management investigations.
