SSE1806 is a podophyllotoxin-derived microtubule inhibitor with potent antiproliferative activity, showing GI50 values from 1.29 to 21.15 μM in cancer cells. It induces G2/M arrest, upregulates p53, and overcomes MDR-1-mediated multidrug resistance, demonstrating efficacy in both in vitro cell assays and colon cancer organoid models.
