It suppresses AKT phosphorylation and increases acetylated α-tubulin, demonstrating strong anti-proliferative activity in vitro, such as against multiple myeloma L-363 cells (IC50=0.17 μM), making it a valuable research tool for oncology and signaling pathway studies.
