HDAC3-IN-2

HDAC3-IN-2 is a potent and selective HDAC3 inhibitor (IC50 = 14 nM) with anti-tumor activity against triple-negative breast cancer. It demonstrates cytotoxicity in 4T1 and MDA-MB-231 cells and shows in vivo efficacy by modulating histone acetylation, apoptosis, and proliferation markers in mouse models.
