PDK-IN-2
PDK-IN-2 is a potent PDK inhibitor (IC50 = 68 nM) that suppresses PDK1/4 expression, shifting cellular metabolism from glycolysis to mitochondrial oxidation and inducing mitochondrial apoptosis. It has demonstrated efficacy in reducing tumor growth in preclinical models, such as the 4T1 syngeneic mouse model, supporting its use in cancer metabolism research.
