DHFR-IN-9

DHFR-IN-9 (8A) is a potent DHFR inhibitor that blocks nucleotide synthesis, showing activity against MRSA (IC50 0.25 μg/mL) in vitro and efficacy in murine infection models. It also demonstrates superior anticancer activity compared to paclitaxel in a mouse breast cancer model when administered intraperitoneally.
