Caspase-3 activator 1
Caspase-3 activator 1 (compound 4b) is a ruthenium-based complex that suppresses gastric cancer progression by activating caspase-3-mediated cleavage of gasdermin E, triggering tumor cell pyroptosis. This mechanism promotes anti-tumor immune responses and has demonstrated efficacy in both cellular and animal models of gastric cancer. It can be co-delivered with decitabine via a liposomal system.
