PHD-IN-1 (compound 80) is a highly potent PHD2 inhibitor with an IC50 of ≤5 nM. It induces EPO expression with an EC50 of 2.5 μM in cellular assays, as demonstrated in Caco2 and Hep3B cell lines. This inhibitor is a valuable chemical probe for researching hypoxia signaling pathways in both cellular and animal models of HIF stabilization.
