TNG-462 is an orally active, potent, and selective PRMT5 inhibitor. It demonstrates antitumor efficacy in preclinical models, particularly for cancers with MTAP-deficiency or MTA accumulation, such as certain solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. Its activity has been validated in both in vitro cellular assays and in vivo xenograft studies.
