HPP-9 is a PROTAC molecule derived from HPI-1, designed to induce degradation of BET bromodomain proteins with a pIC50 of 6.71. It demonstrates antitumor activity and serves as a chemical tool for studying BET function and targeted protein degradation in cancer research, both in vitro and in vivo.
