L-Methionine γ-lyase
L-Methionine γ-lyase is a PLP-dependent enzyme that catalyzes the α, γ-elimination of L-methionine and homocysteine. It is a research tool for studying homocysteinemia and has demonstrated potential anticancer and antimicrobial properties in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
