UDP-β-S sodium
UDP-β-S is a potent and selective P2Y6 receptor agonist, demonstrating an EC50 of 28 nM for inositol phosphate accumulation in 1321N1 cells and stimulating DNA synthesis in rat aortic smooth muscle cells at 1 μM. It is a valuable research tool for studying purinergic signaling in cardiovascular and cellular proliferation models, both in vitro and ex vivo.
