3'-amino-dGTP tetrasodium
3'-Amino-3'-deoxyguanosine-5'-O-triphosphate (3'-amino-dGTP) is an amine-modified nucleotide that acts as an effective chain terminator for E. coli RNA polymerase. It is also a key reagent in synthesizing non-hydrolyzable analogs of the bacterial alarmone (p) ppGpp, facilitating studies of the stringent response in vitro.
