Isofistularin-3
Isofistularin-3 is a direct, DNA-competitive inhibitor of DNMT1 (IC50 = 13.5 μM) that acts as a DNA demethylating agent. Its mechanism induces cell cycle arrest and sensitizes cancer cells to TRAIL-induced apoptosis in vitro, supporting its investigation as a potential cytotoxin for antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) in oncology research.
