Jasplakinolide
Jasplakinolide is a marine-derived cyclic peptide that potently stabilizes and polymerizes actin filaments by competitively binding F-actin (Kd = 15 nM) . It is widely used in cell biology research to study cytoskeletal dynamics and has demonstrated antifungal and antitumor activities in both in vitro and in vivo models.
