SN-38 glucuronide-d3 is deuterium labeled SN-38 glucuronide. SN-38 glucuronide is an inactive metabolite of the anticancer active molecule Irinotecan and has toxic effects on the gastrointestinal tract. Irinotecan is a topoisomerase I inhibitor which can be used for researching colon and rectal cancer[1][2][3][4].
