OJT008
OJT008 is a small molecule inhibitor of Mycobacterium tuberculosis methionine aminopeptidase 1c (MtMetAP1c), exhibiting IC50 values of 11 μM and 40 μM against the NiCl2- and CoCl2-activated enzyme, respectively. This compound is a useful research tool for studying MtMetAP1c function in tuberculosis pathogenesis and for in vitro antimycobacterial mechanism investigations.
