ORL1 antagonist 2
ORL1 antagonist 2 (1B) is a small molecule antagonist of the nociceptin/orphanin FQ peptide (NOP) receptor. It is used in pharmacological research to study receptor function and is a tool compound in P-glycoprotein (P-gp) transport assays, applicable in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
