OSM-S-106
OSM-S-106 is a pro-inhibitor selectively active against Plasmodium falciparum blood and liver stages. It acts by inhibiting PfAsnRS via adduct formation, disrupting protein synthesis and triggering an amino acid starvation response, while demonstrating low clearance in human microsomal assays.
