PARP1/c-Met-IN-1

PARP1/c-Met-IN-1 (Compound 16) is a potent dual inhibitor of PARP1 and c-Met with IC50 values of 3.3 nM and 32.2 nM, respectively. It induces apoptosis and G2/M phase arrest in MDA-MB-231 cells and demonstrates significant in vivo antitumor efficacy in mouse models, supporting oncology and cancer signaling pathway research.
