PHD-IN-3 (Compound 15) is an orally bioavailable prolyl hydroxylase domain (PHD) inhibitor used in research for anemia associated with chronic kidney disease (CKD) . It is employed in both in vitro and in vivo studies to investigate hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF) pathway stabilization and erythropoiesis.
