PROTAC AR/AR-V7 degrader-1 (27c) is a bifunctional small molecule that simultaneously degrades full-length AR and the AR-V7 splice variant, with DC50 values of approximately 2.7 μM. It induces apoptosis and is a valuable chemical tool for studying androgen receptor signaling and resistance mechanisms in prostate cancer research, both in vitro and in vivo.
