PROTAC ATR degrader-2 (Compound 8i) is a potent and selective ATR degrader with DC50 values of 22.9 nM and 34.5 nM in MV-4-11 and MOLM-13 AML cell lines, respectively. It induces apoptosis, inhibits proliferation, and demonstrates favorable pharmacokinetics and antitumor efficacy in an AML mouse model, supporting its use in oncology and targeted protein degradation research.
