SE-7552 is a potent and highly selective oral HDAC6 inhibitor (IC50 = 33 nM) derived from DFMO. It demonstrates significant anti-multiple myeloma activity in vivo and has also shown efficacy as an anti-obesity agent in diet-induced obese mouse models.
