SD-36 TFA

SD-36 (TFA) is a potent and selective STAT3 degrader (Kd ~50 nM) that inhibits STAT3 transcription and degrades mutant STAT3 proteins. It demonstrates anticancer activity in vitro and in vivo, inducing apoptosis and growth inhibition in glioblastoma models through suppression of Mcl-1.
