Palmitoyl 3-carbacyclic phosphatidic acid
Palmitoyl 3-carbacyclic phosphatidic acid is a carba analog of lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) with unique properties. It inhibits RhoA activation and melanoma cell migration in vitro and has shown efficacy in reducing experimental lung metastasis in B16-F0 mouse xenograft models.
