Endosulfan II
Endosulfan II is a stereoisomeric organochlorine insecticide effective against pests like bollworms. It acts as a GABA receptor antagonist in rat brain membranes (IC50 = 60 nM) and is useful for neurotoxicity research, exhibiting a lower acute oral toxicity in rats (LD50 240 mg/kg) compared to Endosulfan I.
