BFC1108 is a small molecule research compound that converts Bcl-2 from a pro-survival to a pro-apoptotic protein. It demonstrates efficacy in vitro by inducing apoptosis in Bcl-2-expressing cancer cells and in vivo by inhibiting the growth and lung metastasis of triple-negative breast cancer xenografts.
