PROTAC CARM1 degrader-2 (compound 3e) is a potent, VHL-recruiting small molecule that induces proteasomal degradation of CARM1 with a DC50 of 8.8 nM. This degradation inhibits substrate methylation, such as of PABP1 and BAF155, and suppresses breast cancer cell migration in vitro, making it a valuable chemical probe for oncology and epigenetics research.
