ε-NAADP+ sodium
ε-NAADP+ is a fluorescent NAADP analog that triggers calcium release, notably in sea urchin egg homogenate assays (EC50 ~5 μM) . It displays excitation/emission maxima at 275/410 nm, with a three-fold emission enhancement in DMSO, making it a valuable probe for studying NAADP-mediated calcium signaling pathways in vitro.
